What are the shipping costs?

• We offer free shipping for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
• PostNL rates are used for international shipments.
  • For EU-countries we have a flatfee of 14,95
  • For non-EU countries we have a flatfee of 29,95. 

Do I have to pay import duties and/or taxes?
Please note that if you place an order from outside the EU you will have to pay your local VAT + import duties at your local post office. Your package will be withheld untill you pay VAT+ duties at your local postoffice. You are responsible for being aware of your import duties and local VAT-regulations. 

How can I track my order?
You can track your order via a tracking page. You will recieve your tracking code by automated mail after the parcel has been handed over to the local handler.
