Feel free to contact us in case you are not satisfied with our products. 

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. After we have received your product, you will then be credited for the full order amount excluding the total of shipping costs and -when applicable- additional return fees (such as custom clearance fees, etc) 

The shipping costs and the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@stylingtoolbox.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days provided the product has been received back in good order.

Return exceptions

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

• used products
• products that are stained or defective
